3. Giving of Raffle Coupons will be from purchases made starting October 1,2009 - November 30,2009. Deadline of submission of entries will be on November 30, 2009 at 9:00 pm.
4. Draw Date is on December 14,2009 to be held at George Optical Head Office with address:
- 4th Flr., G&B Bldg., 2005 TaftAve., near cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City
- The marketing Department will call the winner and verufy with him the validity of the information written in the coupon;
- 1st prize: P15,000 worth of George Optical GC = 1 winner
- 2nd prize: P7,500 worth of George Optical GC = 2 winners
- 3rd prize: P5,000 worth of George Optical GC = 3 winners
